Dentist Anesthesiologist
Dr. Bailey Hollihan is an ADBA Board Certified Dentist Anesthesiologist. She completed residency training at NYU Langone Hospital in New York City where she served as chief resident. As a Dentist Anesthesiologist, she has a strong background rooted in dentistry and medicine.
Dr. Bailey provides general anesthesia and IV sedation to patients for dental, maxillofacial and oral surgery procedures. She works in offices throughout Charlotte, NC and the surrounding areas.
Dr. Bailey’s scope of practice encompasses a diverse patient population. Her patients include: pediatrics (ages 2+), those with congenital syndromes, special health care needs, extreme dental phobias, extensive surgical needs and those with controlled medical comorbidities.
Dr. Bailey’s clinical life and personal life are uniquely intertwined. Patient safety is often a natural dinner table conversation with her husband who is a Physician Anesthesiologist. When she isn’t focused on the clinical world, Dr. Bailey loves being outdoors and exploring new places. Hiking and traveling are among her favorite things to do.
Most importantly, her family means everything to her. Dr. Bailey is committed to providing compassionate care to each patient with the same level of safety and excellence that she would offer to her closest loved ones.
Patient Treatment Coordinator
Lindsay Blanton is head of administrative operations and patient treatment coordination. She also has a strong background in marketing and community outreach which helps our practice grow and connect with the families we serve!
Lindsay’s warm, approachable nature helps families feel comfortable and confident from their very first interaction. She knows that arranging anesthesia care may feel daunting for many parents, especially when it’s their first time navigating the process. Lindsay is there every step of the way—answering questions, offering reassurance, and doing everything she can to make the experience as easy and stress-free as possible.
Outside the office, Lindsay stays just as busy—cheering on her two daughters in competitive travel sports and refurbishing old furniture in her spare time. She brings the same dedication and creativity to her work as she does to her home life: building systems, relationships, and memories that make a lasting impact!
